The staff were attentive and genuine, even upgrading us to a suite when they found out we had kids. The breakfast in the restaurant was good, although it could have had more variety. The hotel lobby was cozy and our kids particularly enjoyed the elevators. The location of this place is in the best area of the city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions.
We highly recommend this hotel to others.

It is a nice and Quiet hotel
Before I made my booking, I went to the hotel and asked the room price, they told me it costs JD90 per night and this was the last price. I made the booking throug Booked.net at JD70 including all taxes. The hotel should have fixed price for all guests. Otherwise it is a kind of cheating.

Special Thanks to Mr. Saleh Khatib (Reception Manager) and his assistant Mr. Firas and Mrs. Farah. They are really professional and supportive. The location was excellent and the hotel was comfortable. The hotel is undergoing some renovation for better improvement. I wish them every success. Thanks

Comfortable and clean.
The "spa" needs a revamp/clean, there were no lockable showers and the "jacuzzi" was barely warm and a little smelly! It looked like this was being run independantly of the hotel as the state of the spa facilities did not reflect the quality of the hotel and other facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful, offering us a free room upgrade and providing advice on places to go and eat. The rooms were clean and had good temperature control, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a safe area, not far from the city center, allowing us to easily explore both the Embassy district and Downtown Amman. we found it to be great value for our money.
Nothing at all.

Not a lot although the room was reasonably comfortable
Staff attitude. The breakfast was of a very poor standard....fruit juice was cheap and nasty, coffee was almost undrinkable and the scrambled eggs looked so bad I would not even think of trying them. The so called bar was a blatant rip off. I was charged 27 dinars for a draft beer and a double gin and tonic.....you can buy a whole bottle of gin for less than half of that.
